Google truncates title tags by pixel width, not character count — roughly 580 pixels on desktop — which is why a title of 60 wide characters can be cut while 65 narrow ones survive. This analyser measures the rendered width of your actual title and tells you whether it will be truncated, alongside the character count most guidance quotes. It also checks where your primary keyword sits, since terms near the front of a title carry more weight and are more likely to survive truncation, and flags a missing brand suffix. Remember that Google rewrites titles for a substantial share of results when it judges yours a poor match for the query — a well-targeted, accurate title is rewritten far less often.
