This checker breaks your page copy into single words, two-word and three-word phrases, then ranks each by frequency and density percentage. Phrase analysis is the part most tools skip and the part that matters: a page can look fine on single-word counts while repeating an exact target phrase far too often. Natural, well-written pages usually carry their main keyword at 0.5-2% of total words, with related terms appearing alongside it. Density above roughly 3% reads as manipulated to both readers and search engines, and Google has explicitly treated keyword stuffing as a spam signal since the 2011 Panda update. Use the output to check coverage of related terms as much as to police repetition.
